Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to employees who were not aware of this complaint. They stated that sometimes if they are in a hurry the vegetables <br /> get mixed together.The knives are placed in magnetic holder above the line and sometimes it falls on the veggies. They <br /> continue to use it. Now if it falls on the floor,they won't use it unless it is washed and sanitized. <br /> Observations:All veggies are separated into different containers.There is a small amount of chopped lettuce with the <br /> cucumbers.
