Owner stated that he has <br /> pest control. Contact service for additional service.Add dead bodies shall be removed and surfaces sanitized. Some bins are open (lack lids)All food shall be transfered into <br /> sealed and labeled containers. Provide lids on all bins. Correct today. <br /> Small food bins are not labeled. Clean bins and label,today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Food shall be stored in approved containers and labeled as to contents. Food shall be stored at least 6" <br /> above the floor on approved shelving.
