JAN 2 3 2019
Item #304 — The dispenser #3/4 208 sensor failed to activate an audible and visual
alarm when tested to ensure continuous monitoring of the tank system.
On 01/29/2018, BP testing and maintenance vendor, Gettler-Ryan, Inc., replaced the
sensor which subsequently passed the retest. This item was corrected onsite. A copy of
the UST Monitoring System Certification report is enclosed herein for your records.
Item #313— Seepage was observed on the diesel pipe in the dispenser#4, indicating a
leak in the primary piping.
On 02/06/2018, BP testing and maintenance vendor, Gettler-Ryan, Inc., arrived onsite to
investigate the issue but needed to return to the site to make the necessary repairs. On
02/08/2018, Gettler-Ryan, Inc., returned to the site, cleaned the diesel shear valve,
union, and piping, but ultimately found no leaks. The technician is stating it is possible
when the filters were changed, diesel may have spilled onto the union and shear valve.
A copy of the work orders are enclosed herein for your review and records.
Item #316 — Water was found in various sumps and UDC. Liquids were observed in
various sumps and UDCs.
On 02/06/2018, BP testing and maintenance vendor, Gettler-Ryan, Inc., arrived onsite to
check all sumps and UDCs for liquids but needed to return to the site to make the
necessary repairs due to sump depth. On 02/08/2018, Gettler-Ryan, Inc., returned to
the site, cleaned all liquids using rags, and placed the used rags in the site's hazardous
waste drum. The technician is stating the liquids were not fuel but appeared to be brine
solution. A copy of the work orders are enclosed herein for your review and records.
It is our policy to operate in full compliance with all laws and regulations at our retail facilities.
However, when we fall short of perfection, we endeavor to immediately address deficiencies,
issues of concern, and/or agency requests regarding our retail facilities.
