Comments: <br /> Routine inspection done on this date and the following was noted: <br /> No violations or areas of concern. <br /> Notes: <br /> 1.)TPID certificate is posted in office manager's office. <br /> 2.) No WTMS activity for this facility. Facility confirmed that no tire service was conducted on site since the <br /> previous inspection. Facility did have tire service done offsite and invoices from "Brannon Tire"were available <br /> for review. <br /> 3.) No waste tires were on site during this inspection. <br /> 4.) Permission to conduct inspection granted by Rosie Tovar(Office Manager). <br /> 5.) Retain all waste tire manifests, disposal receipts, and logs for 3 years. <br /> 6.) Facility only stores its waste tires at this location. <br /> 7.) Inspection report will be emailed to rtovar@1125maburyrd.com <br />
