All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed numerous rodent droppings in the kitchen dry storage room and behind equipment in the <br />bakery dept. <br />Remove and maintain pest control. Facility is serviced by Advanced Integrated Pest Management twice a month. Receipt <br />from 11/30/2016 was reviewed. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin: rodents (rats, mice), cockroaches, flies.( 114259.1, 114259.4, <br />114259.5) <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />This is a complaint inspection. <br />-Management not aware <br />-Did not see any live or dead rodents <br />-Did not see any rodent droppings in any food ingredients <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
