AT 11:45 AM COMPLAINANT FELT SICK WITH <br />SYMPTOMS OF DIARRHEA, CHILLS, NAUSEA AND FATIGUE. COMPLAINANT DID NOT SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION <br />AND STARTED FEELING BETTER 24 HOURS LATER. <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Facility has not had any ill employees or employees work at any high risk <br />facility. Employees receive food safety training and consume the food sold. Facility serves about 20-25 chicken salads a day. <br />Back hand sink's soap dispenser is not functioning, repair immediately. Facility uses gloves for ready-to-eat foods. Most food <br />is received from US Foods on Wednesdays and Saturdays and produce is received by Trinity on Mondays, Wednesdays and <br />Fridays. Facility keeps temperature logs and all temperatures are proper at time of inspection. Sanitizer buckets were low at <br />time of inspection and corrected. Proper warewashing procedures were occurring. All chemicals and food are properly <br />stored and maintained. A few containers lacked labeled, label today. Restrooms are available and supplied. Sanitizers are <br />replaced routinely. Wiping cloths are stored and used to wipe down counters. Chickenis cooked every 30 mins for 3-4 mins <br />on each side.
