ORDERED <br /> CHICKEN &BACON RANCH SANDWICH WITH LETTUCE,TOMATO, OLIVES, MAYO, RANCH,AND MUSTARD. ATE <br /> FOOD IMMEDIATELY AFTER ORDERING, OUTSIDE IN CAR. TWO OTHER PEOPLE ATE AND DID NOT BECOME ILL <br /> (NO FOOD IN COMMON)TWO HOURS AFTER EATING COMPLAINANT HAD STOMACH CRAMPS, DIARRHEA, <br /> VOMITING ABOUT TEN TIMES. THROUGH THE NIGHT, DIZZY&WEAK. WENT TO ER AND WAS DIAGNOSED WITH <br /> BACTERIA FROM SOMETHING CONSUMED. STILL NOT FEELING WELL AT TIME OF COMPLAINT. CALLED TO LET <br /> FACILITY KNOW BUT THEY DID NOT ANSWER. THINKS COUNTER WHERE THEY STORE AND PREP <br /> SANDWICHES IS BROKEN BECAUSE THEY WALKED TO BACK TO GRAB CHICKEN." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #7 Hot and Cold Holding Temperatures Major <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Many foods on the sandwich prep table are warmer than 41 F(see list of temperatures at Overall <br /> inspection Notes section of this report). <br /> Employees removed and discarded all potentially hazardous food from the sandwich prep table(meats, cheeses, sliced <br /> produce)and replaced it with smaller portions from the walk-in cooler. <br /> Maintain small portions of potentially hazardous food at the sandwich prep unit on ice baths.These foods shall not be out for <br /> more than 4 hours total.After 4 hours, the food shall be discarded. Keep track of time and temperature on a log, on stickers, <br /> etc. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/45°F or at or above 135°F.
