ORDERED <br /> CHICKEN &BACON RANCH SANDWICH WITH LETTUCE,TOMATO, OLIVES, MAYO, RANCH,AND MUSTARD. ATE <br /> FOOD IMMEDIATELY AFTER ORDERING, OUTSIDE IN CAR. TWO OTHER PEOPLE ATE AND DID NOT BECOME ILL <br /> (NO FOOD IN COMMON)TWO HOURS AFTER EATING COMPLAINANT HAD STOMACH CRAMPS, DIARRHEA, <br /> VOMITING ABOUT TEN TIMES. THROUGH THE NIGHT, DIZZY&WEAK. WENT TO ER AND WAS DIAGNOSED WITH <br /> BACTERIA FROM SOMETHING CONSUMED. STILL NOT FEELING WELL AT TIME OF COMPLAINT. CALLED TO LET <br /> FACILITY KNOW BUT THEY DID NOT ANSWER. THINKS COUNTER WHERE THEY STORE AND PREP <br /> SANDWICHES IS BROKEN BECAUSE THEY WALKED TO BACK TO GRAB CHICKEN." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe.
