If a manifest is received for a pickup, then this sheet does not need to be <br /> filled out. The removal of 10 or more tires requires the use of a registered hauler and the receipt of a manifest. In the <br /> previous set of regulations, no recordkeeping was required for the transport of used/waste tires in quantities of 9 or less <br /> by an unregistered hauler. The current regulations require that the recordkeeping sheet be filled out in this situation. As <br /> long as haulers are providing a manifest for every pickup, you do not have to fill this sheet out. <br /> A hauler utilizing a registered vehicle will always provide a manifest, regardless of tire amount (no need to log because a <br /> manifest was received) <br /> An unregistered hauler may only transport 9 or less used/waste tires at a time (you would have to log the <br /> pickup/delivery if this occurred) <br /> If you have any questions or concerns,you can respond to this email, or call me at 209-468-3284, and I will get back to <br /> you as soon as possible. <br /> Thank you, <br /> Harprit S.
