Box 388 • Stockton, CA 95201-0388 <br /> 2091468-3420 <br /> NOTICE AND ORDER TO ABATE <br /> DATE: November 9, 1995 <br /> LOCATION: 2835 Belle, Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> OWNER INFORMATION: Bobby Pacheco <br /> CIO Olga Blankenship <br /> 8922 Bluegrass <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> COMPLAINT: Sub-Standard Housing <br /> Sub Standard structures, also junk and garbage. <br /> The above referenced complaint was recently registered with this office confirming conditions which <br /> may be violations of the Housing and Abatement Code of San Joaquin County and/or the San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance Code. If these conditions exist as of this date of this letter, they are to be abated <br /> within fifteen (15) days from the date of this letter. f=ailure to implement immediate corrective action <br /> within the specified time period will result in legal action by this agency. You will also be liable for <br /> enforcement costs specified below. <br /> RECOVERY OF ENFORCEMENT COST <br /> Pursuant to Section 8-5400 County Ordinance Code, the County shall be reimbursed for all time, <br /> services and materials needed to abate a violation of the Division.The hourly rate used to compute time <br /> spent to investigate, document and abate a violation shall be the actual costs.The enforcement agency <br /> is entitled to recover all costs associated with the voluntary and involuntary abatement violations. <br /> PERMITS <br /> Where structural, electrical, plumbing or mechanical violations exist, you must request an inspection <br /> and obtain permits from the San Joaquin County Building Division (SJCBD) prior to rehabilitation.
