Complainant alleges at on 5/22/15 at about 11:30 am observed staff barefoot, dirty <br /> dishes, dirty blenders left open on counters then used without being cleaned, same scoops being <br /> used for all powders including the peanut butter. <br /> Owner unaware of the complaint. <br /> Per owner, the blenders are washed, rinsed, and sanitized after each use. Currently all blenders are <br /> cleaned. Customers take their shoes off to weigh themselves, and that is the only time people are <br /> barefooted. <br /> There are no dirty dishes at this time. <br /> There are many scoops in a container which are used for the powders. The owner states each <br /> powder has its own scoop. Recommendation/Correction: Leave each scoop in the container it <br /> belongs to to prevent from contamination. <br /> Other observations: <br /> Straws are being made available for self-service without protection.
