DUMPSTERS WERE TAKEN AWAY AND NOT <br /> REPLACED. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7: <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to rause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility Major <br /> OBSERVATIONS: There are numerous rodent droppings along the base cove, counter tops, and inside the shelves of the <br /> entire kitchen. Observed a chewed open bag of to go cups. Discard any food item that has been chewed open. <br /> Remove and implement pest control today. <br /> Facility will be closed until a reinspection is done. Clean as soon as possible. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All utensils and equipment shall be fully operative and in good repair. All floor <br /> surfaces. other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br /> cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br /> unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
