Found hair or brush fibers in the burrito (on 8/14/2015 at 2:45pm according to email). <br /> Complainant stated meat did not taste like beef, tasted very sweet and old. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Inspected all the brushes and any item with follicles or fibers such as brooms; did not observe any loose <br /> fiber. Employees exercise hair control. Interviewed manager, who stated the other employee working on 8/14/2015 around <br /> 2:45pm was a male and did not have long hair. Manager stated meat is cut and cooked daily. He has not received any <br /> customer complaints since 8/14/2015. <br /> Note: Observed 2-comp sink draining into a bucket and is disconnected from the sewer line after the P. There is no floor <br /> drain for the 2-comp sink. Manager stated the disconnection temporary and will be reconnected after the repair, which then <br /> there will be no air gap. Manager stated he does not use this 2-comp sink for ware-wash but has always done it in a 1-comp <br /> sink which does drain to a floor drain.Explain to manager facility may be required to provide drainage of the 2-comp sink to <br /> the floor drain, and perform all the warewash there. Will advise in the near future. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
