Half gallon spill of blue PE 2546 BACKUS <br /> 18 min stickered non-PCB oil sprayed from a transformer unit. Dave Larsen cleaned up SC 544 <br /> impacted asphalt and weeds on Friday, Nov 11 and took one 55 gallon drum of <br /> waste to the 4040 West Lane yard for storage until disposal. Alex said that PG&E <br /> called the City of Stockton on Friday accidently and could not speak with anyone. <br /> Alex said they will call the County in the future. The oil will be tested for PCB <br /> content. <br /> 11/14/2016 10:10 am Received spill report from Nick(Haz Mat), it appears that the spill PE 2546 MANZO <br /> 84 min occurred on 11-11-2016 and only now is being reported. Called Garrett Backus SC 544 <br /> (lead sr), who indicated that he will call PGE and let me know the status. Onsite <br /> visit to verify clean up, absorbent and stained soil was still present. 1:30 pm called <br /> Alex Steele, left a message indicating that the clean up is not complete , received <br /> a call back from Alex, I indicated that I will email him pictures and he will let me <br /> know when PGE will be back to clean it up. <br /> 11/15/2016 Documented spill response. PE 2546 MANZO <br /> 12 min SC 544 <br /> 11/15/2016 Prepared NTA for additional clean up, PCB sampling and waste disposal. PE 2546 MANZO <br /> 36 min SC 544 <br /> 11/16/2016 Emailed NTA to Alex Steele with PGE, also printed a copy for certified mailing. PE 2546 MANZO <br /> 18 min SC 544 <br /> 11/16/2016 Prop 65 PE 2546 MANZO <br /> 24 min SC 203 <br /> 11/16/2016 Mailed Waste Dishcharge/Spill Response Notice to Abate dated 11/15/16 by PE 2546 BLACKWELL <br /> 0 min certified mail to: PG&E,ATTN: ALEX STEELE, 1108 MURPHYS GRADE RD, SC 177 <br /> ANGELS CAMP CA 95222-9616. Certified mail#9171 9690 0935 0118 0990 61. <br /> 11/23/2016 Received a voice message from Alex Steele, who indicated that Dave with PGE PE 2546 MANZO <br /> 60 min went my the spill site and cleaned the absorbent and excavated more soil. Visited SC 544 <br /> the site, the absorbent was cleaned up but the soil was still moist from the recent <br /> rain and it was hard to tell with certainty if any staining has remained, however <br /> some additional excavation appeared to be implemented and no obvious staining <br /> was noted. <br /> 11/23/2016 Downloaded inspection pictures, created and printed picture file. PE 2546 MANZO <br /> 30 min SC 544 <br /> 06/06/2017 Complaint review. Email to Alex Steele asking for PCB results. PE 2546 MANZO <br /> 12 min SC 544 <br /> 08/01/2017 Reviewed the complaint, emailed Alex Steele asking for PCB lab results. This PE 2546 MANZO <br /> 36 min location is at roadside, industrial area of stockton, the transformer was reported as SC 544 <br /> blue sticker ed non-PCB. PCB results were requested multiple times however to <br /> date no results were submitted. The waste was taken to 4040 West Lane PGE <br /> location. <br /> Abated the complaint. <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br />
