PAGE 2 .
.1 . 0 SITE HISTORY
SUWZCT LOCATION: HICKENBOTHi1M EROS. , LTD.
635 SOUTH AURORAS STREBT
STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA 95201
Hickenbotham Bros . , LTD. was established in 1852 operating their
business of providing steel products and related services . The
subject location is used for warehousing, processing and shipping
of steel products regionally. They have managed and operated
delivery vehicles with appropriate maintenance facilities . A
recent investigation of the steam cleaning area which employed a
two-stage concrete oil-water separator has revealed an
undetermined quantity of contaminated soil resulting from the
loss of liquid waste water from the tank or it's associated
piping. The site is not in use at this time. Vehicle cleaning
at this location has been terminated with the equipment
dismantled. The concrete oil-water separator was removed on June_
11, 1993 by SEMCO under permit # 93-1.846 with the City of
Stockton Community Development Department, Building Division.
L
