This facility is the location for their sales office, storage of <br /> building materials and concrete mixing plant. <br /> eThis=faci-lity•.on•ce7operated-two'unde_rgrou-nd--stora �e'tariks'^of wlticli,b7h -1,900 <br /> gallon-;capacity-capacity -diesel t-uel-ailc�rthe--.other-1;000-gallon-capacity tank <br /> rh•ela�gasoImi-ne-mo`tor-fuel-for business p r_a_tion.l Thee UST were removed <br /> on or about December 19, 1989, and detectable concentrations of petroleum <br /> hydrocarbons were detected in the soil beneath the south ends of both former <br /> UST's and the pump island. <br /> On August 1, 1990, a re-excavation and sampling effort was performed by Jim <br /> Thorpe Oil, Inc. The original tank removal excavation was enlarged to <br /> remove contaminated soil. n <br /> Co firmation soil samples were collected and <br /> two samples were shown to contain detectable petroleum hydrocarbons. <br /> On or about October 10, 1990, a second re-excavation was performed in the <br /> south area of the re-excavation of the former UST and pump island removal <br /> excavation.
