Fig Avenue <br /> Manteca,CA 95337 <br /> Subject: 4004 Sunny Road,Stockton, CA 95215(APN 181-130-41). <br /> San Joaquin County, Environmental Health Department(EHD)conducted an inspection on January 14,2019,at the above <br /> referenced property.The complainant alleged that there was a possible public water system. During the inspection, a total <br /> of five units were observed at the property referenced above. One of the units was vacant at the time of inspection. <br /> By the California Health and Safety Code, Chapter 4,Part 12, Section 116275 of the California Safe Drinking Water Act <br /> the definition of a public water system is as follows: <br /> "Public water system"means a system for the provision of water for human consumption through pipes or other <br /> constructed conveyances that has 15 or more service connections or regularly serves at least 25 individuals daily at least <br /> 60 days out of the year.A public water system includes the following: <br /> (1)Any collection,treatment, storage, and distribution facilities under control of the operator of the system that are <br /> used primarily in connection with the system. <br /> (2)Any collection or pretreatment storage facilities not under the control of the operator that are used primarily in <br /> connection with the system. <br /> (3)Any water system that treats water on behalf of one or more public water systems for the purpose of rendering it <br /> safe for human consumption. <br /> Complete the provided the Water System Declaration form(attached)by March 1,2019. <br /> If you have any question please feel to contact Karen Zamora at 209-468-3854, for any assistance or questions regarding <br /> this matter. <br /> V\U, �-0� <br /> Robert McClellon, Program Coordinator REHS <br /> Environmental Health Department <br /> Attachments: <br /> 1868 E.
