Rajkovich et at <br /> 6475 Camden Avenue, #202 <br /> San Jose, CA 95120 <br /> Location: 3263 Cherokee Road <br /> Stockton, CA <br /> Complaint#: C00024247 <br /> i <br /> Property behind Brannon Tires between Cherokee Road and Newton Road <br /> near tree area has four to six occupied tents and selling of drugs to minors. <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) received the above <br /> referenced complaint on March 30, 2006. The confirming conditions may be violations of the <br /> San Joaquin County Ordinance Code. If such conditions do exist, they must be abated within <br /> fifteen (15) days from the date of this letter. <br /> Failure to p <br /> implement corrective action within the specified time period may result in legal action <br /> by the EHD. If legal action is necessary, you will be liable f6f enforcement costs as specified <br /> below. <br /> RECOVERY OF ENFORCEMENT COSTS I <br /> Pursuant to San Joaquin County Ordinance Code § 8-5400(a), "The County shall be reimbursed I <br /> for all time, services and materials needed to abate a violation of this division."
