Surface drainage <br /> is typically to the north and west of the site, towards the Stockton River. <br /> ' The aerial photograph from 1990 was reviewed, and it indicated commercial use on the site <br /> consistent with current operations (Figure 3). The adjacent properties appear to be auto <br /> ' dealerships, which is consistent with businesses within the Stockton Auto Center. The open <br /> fields indicated on the 1990 aerial photograph are still presently undeveloped.
