As soon as your
contractor has disposed of the soil, the documentation (Hazardous Waste Manifest or Bill of Laden) wil[
need to be reviewed and approved by PHS-EHD. In addition, clearance from the PHS-EHD
accounting department will be needed in order to verify that your account has been paid in full.
As soon as these last two conditions have been met, PHS-EHD will issue a letter certifying that the site
requires no further action related to the DDT compound impacted area.
PHS-EHD recommends that you forward original reports to both the Central Valley Regional Water
Quality Control Board and the Department of Toxic Substances Control for their review and comment.
Thank you for you cooperation throughout this investigation.
