PE 1311 HO <br /> 30 min SC H54 <br /> 03/27/2018 Kam Chui Chen, one of several property owners called from 804-201-5819. He PE 1311 HO <br /> 30 min stated that he received a notice to abate in the mail and wanted to know what this SC H44 <br /> is about. He stated that he has been trying to contact the lessee Phillip Lee but is <br /> unsuccessful in contacting him. I informed him that on the day in question, my unit <br /> was notified to go out to his property regarding a marijuana grow. I stated that <br /> there are other departments and working on this complaint. I am from the <br /> hazardous waste unit. Other units involved will be the housing unit, code <br /> enforcement, and the police department. I explained to him that he is the property <br /> owner and is responsible for the abatement of the issues provided in my report. I <br /> also informed him that he is also reliable for the fees incur for all inspections and <br /> work associated with his case. He did not understand so I explained to him again <br /> that because he is the property owner, he is responsible for any clean up and work <br /> on his property. If he wants to get his fees back from his tenant, then that would be <br /> his own issue. He asked for more information regarding who to contact and what <br /> to do next. I informed him to wait a couple more days and other agency's report <br /> will be arriving soon. I told him I can find out information from housing and let him <br /> know. He provided his email, vcubenny0923@yahoo.com.hk. <br /> Went to talk with Omran and asked how the housing unit inspections works. He <br /> explained that the structures are condemmened and the property owner must pull <br /> out permits and get grandted permission inorder to enter the structures. There is a <br /> proccess. I call Kam back to explain to him the housing part. I informed him that I <br /> am not aware of what other agencies are doing and that he needs to find that out. <br /> As far as my part, I require the clean up of the chemicals and spilled hazardous <br /> waste. He can get permission from housing unit to grant access for clean up if he <br /> wishes. Kam stated that he will wait for the inspection reports from other agencies <br /> before he can determine what needs to be done. <br /> 03/28/2018 RECEIVED A CALL FROM ONE OF THE PROPERTY OWNERS. I REVIEWED PE 1322 SOOD <br /> 30 min THE POST]NGS/ENFORCEMENT ACTION TAKEN, COMPLIANCE SCHEDULE SC H04 <br /> AND ENFORCEMENT COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE ACTIVE HOUSING <br /> CASE.
