Roto Rooter working on it. The <br /> Deli will close and remain closed until repairs are completed. No problems in the rest of the store_ <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the Califomia Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.Ali violations must be corrected within specified timeframe.Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodbome,illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION-- E --COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to manager who stated that he is aware of problem (he was off yesterday but got a phorie call). At time of visit Deli <br /> was closed and were waiting for our dept to re open it. He said that plumber un-plugged the line yesterday. Problem started <br /> yesterday at 11 am and ended at 7 pm. <br /> Observation: One hand sink is draining slow but all other lines are draining freely. OK to re-open Deli at this time. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the Califor-nia Health and <br /> Safety Code.
