Surface soil samples were collected along the proposed
interchange right-of-way and analyzed for lead.
r Surface samples were collected with dedicated trowels from grade to approximately 3
inches bgs. Soil samples were placed in 4-ounce glass jars and shipped under chain-of-
custody protocol to Chromalab of Pleasanton, California, a state-certified laboratory.
rFigure 3 indicates the locations of the surface soil samples.
2.5 Sample Analysis
rURSGWC submitted the soil samples to Chromalab for the analyses detailed in the
following table.
r
Sample Category Analytical Method
r Borehole Soil — Diesel EPA Method 8015M
Borehole Soil —Gasoline EPA Method 8015M
Borehole Soil - BTEX EPA Method 8020
Borehole Soil - Lead ICP - lead
Surface Soil — Lead ICP— lead
r
r
r
r
r
' R&M/Arch Rd/43-00066762.00.5000
