REACQUISITION <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENT <br /> ANHEUSER-BUSCH COMPANIES <br /> ARCH ROAD <br /> STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA <br /> MARCH 17, 1992 <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> This report presents the results of a Preacquisition Environmental Site Assessment (PESA) <br /> performed by Groundwater Technology, Inc. for Anheuser-Busch Companies (Anheuser-Busch). The <br /> subject property is located in the Arch Road Business Park in Stockton, California (Figure 1). This <br /> work was part of a Property Acquisition/Transfer Assessment for Anheuser-Busch Companies. The <br /> PESA consisted of a survey of public records, site reconnaissance, field investigation, and data <br /> analysis and preparation of this report. <br /> 2.0 SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The subject property is located in Stockton, San Joaquin County, California in the Arch Road <br /> Business Park. The site is bounded by Metro Drive to the north, by a commercial building.to the <br /> east, by Arch Road to the south, and by a commercial/light industrial complex to the west <br /> (Figure 2). <br /> The 10.38-acre property consists of four undeveloped parcels (Assessor's-Parcel Numbers 179-260- <br /> 09, 179-260-10, 179-260-16, and 179-260-17) at 3738 and 3840 Metro Drive, and 3839 and 3737 Arch <br /> Road.
