Shields Avenue, Suite 100 <br /> Fresno, CA 93726 <br /> Subject: Cal Trans Shop 10 <br /> 1603 B Street <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has sent notification to <br /> the Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region, of our determination <br /> that "no further action is required" at the above referenced contaminated underground <br /> storage tank (UST) site. <br /> The California Health and Safety Code Section 25297.15 requires that before the local <br /> agency issues a closure letter, the Responsible Party of a contaminated UST site must <br /> notify all current record owners of fee title for real properties affected of the proposed <br /> action, and they must provide the local agency with a list of said owners of fee title.
