Following sampling, soil vapor wells will be <br /> destroyed by grouting over the surface of the well to match existing concrete. <br /> Task 3—Request for Site Closure <br /> A Request for Site Closure will be prepared consisting of a description of the work performed, results, and <br /> conclusions. In addition,the Request for Site Closure will contain the following: <br /> 4 <br /> ❑ An estimate of the mass of contaminant remediated and contaminant mass remaining at the Site, in <br /> both soil and groundwater; <br /> ❑ An estimate of the length of time for onsite dissolved contaminant concentrations to reach water <br /> quality goals; <br /> ❑ Sensitive Receptor Survey results and discussion of potential threat to receptors; <br /> ❑ A discussion on the remaining impacts to water quality, health or beneficial uses at the Site; <br /> �.. ❑ A discussion on the current risks to Site occupants of indirect exposure, gross contamination and <br /> vapor intrusion from remaining contamination at the Site; <br /> ❑ A Site map of soil and vapor sampling locations and summary tables of analytical results; <br /> ❑ Final soil gas iso-concentration maps for contaminants of concern; <br /> `r ❑ Field notes, boring logs, vapor volumes,flow rates, and sampling procedures used; and <br /> ❑ Laboratory reports, chemical analytical results, and COC forms from the soil vapor investigation. <br /> +� PROPOSED SCHEDULE <br /> Field work can commence immediately following Work Plan approval.
