LIMITATIONS <br /> The purpose of the SI is to measure and evaluate the potential extent, magnitude and <br /> impact of suspected on-site contamination, identify and evaluate alternative and remedial <br /> measures, if necessary, and, if appropriate, recommend a cost-effective remedial <br /> alternative for mitigating the hazards posed by the contamination, based on a <br /> comprehensive site visit, field sampling, review of available documents, personal <br /> interviews and guidance from Caltrans The conclusions presented in this report are <br /> based only on the observations made during the investigation of the results of sampling <br /> and laboratory analyses as well as from the available information provided by others <br /> sources The report presents a description of the conditions observed at the subject <br /> property during this investigation The accuracy of conclusions drawn from findings is <br /> inherently dependent on the accuracy of the information that was provided The <br /> environmental conditions may vary considerably from those observed during this <br /> investigation Should any additional data become available, these data should be <br /> reviewed by EA Subsequently, the conclusions presented herein will be properly revised <br /> 50 <br />
