This` <br /> RAW-has been prepared in response to a San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's f <br /> (SJCEHDIs) September 24, 2010, directive, describes our proposed scope of services and outlines the <br /> procedures and methods to be employed to.complete the services. The location of the Site is depicted <br /> L on Figure 1,Vicinity Map. <br /> SITE LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION <br /> The Site is located at 1604 B Street in Stockton, California, and contains various maintenance <br /> `buildings,.warehouses, several trailer buildings (offices), two aboveground fuel storage tanks (ASTs) <br /> and a gas house. The Site is bounded to the north-;by Clark Well and Equipment Co., to the east by <br /> vacant land, to the northeast by a mobile home park;"to the south-by residential development and to the <br /> west by B Street and. the Caltrans Shop 10 Maintenance Station. The existing improvements are <br /> depicted on the Site Plan, Figure 2. <br /> LBACKGROUND <br /> In December 1989, one 5,000-gallon diesel underground storage tank (UST), one 10,000-gallon <br /> r gasoline UST, two pump islands and associated product piping were removed from the Site. Analytical <br /> 1 results of soil samples collected from the UST excavation showed total petroleum hydrocarbons as <br /> gasoline and diesel (TPHg and•TPI-Id) concentrations up to 2;000 and 58 milligrams per kilogram <br /> (mg/kg), respectively. The former 5,000-gallon and 10,000-gallon UST locations are presented on <br /> LFigure 2.
