Please review <br />the following: <br />#110 — As instructed, we have signed up for the Basic Hazardous WM Class for November 17, <br />2015. We tried to get in earlier, but the classes were all booked. Once i have completed the <br />course, I will facilitate the hazardous training class for all the employees by the end of <br />November. We will submit a copy of the roster and the syllabus by the end of November. <br />#111 — As instructed we have provided a copy of our personnel training records per <br />requirements. It is not fully completed as we will have our training by the end of November. <br />#119 — LKQ ACME will ensure that all future receipts for hazardous waste shipments will <br />contain all the required information. <br />#605 — The containers in questions have been properly labeled.
