Please review <br />the following: <br />#132 — We have implemented the Daily Tank Inspection logs as of February 24, 2014. Attached <br />is a copy of the log we have started and will continue to use daily. <br />#301 — We have cleaned up the absorbent under the trucks and will continue to maintain the <br />area in a safe manner. The absorbent was disposed in a 55 gallon hazardous drum. <br />#110 — We have attached the contingency plan with the information requested. <br />#122 & #125 — We have contacted CleanTech Environmental Inc. and they have corrected the <br />EPA. We have attached a copy of the corrected EPA. <br />#128 — We have attached the Used Oil Recycling receipts that we were able to locate. <br />#305 —The spill containment has been cleaned and will continue to be maintained properly.
