I have completed the <br />Certification of Return to Compliance stating that LKQ will complete the employee <br />training. <br />#116. Training records for our employees. (See enclosed records showing the last date of <br />training). We have currently enrolled 3 employees for Hazmat School, course #1398, <br />Title 22 California Hazardous Waste Generator. The employees are John Clark, Yvette <br />Baca, and Nathan Davidson. (Enclosed course description) <br />#117. Please see updated Job description for LKQ Acme Truck employees. <br />#132 Please see the new daily inspection logs for our waste antifreeze and waste oil <br />tanks. <br />#305 We have re -charged the fire extinguisher in the fluid evacuation building <br />#610. We have labeled our "drained used oil filter" container in the fluid evacuation shop <br />#999.
