Responsible for the day-to-day performance of all departments in accordance <br />with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations <br />governing this facility, and as may be directed by the Plant Manager to assure <br />that the plant is run in a safe, efficient, and proper manner. Education: High <br />School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent required. Minimum of 5 years experience in <br />the Transportation Industry preferred. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Demonstrate <br />GRUTMAN, ANDREW Plant Manager interest and knowledge of heavy trucks; maintain organizational skills and ability no <br />to handle multiple tasks; possess ability to manage numerous employees to meet <br />budgeted objectives for specific location; be able to work in a fast paced <br />environment with decision-making and negotiating skills; implement effective oral <br />and written communication skills. <br />Generating sales through telephone or face-to-face customer contact at the <br />branch location. EDUCATION: At least three years of prior telephone sales, <br />customer service relations and/or route sales required or 1-2 years of previous <br />Office -Sales Inside Sales Coordinator experience. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Must <br />GRUTMAN, MICHAEL have knowledge of heavy truck parts and have patience, self-discipline, and good no <br />Manager communication skills. Must be familiar with the company's products and <br />procedures. Must be able to convey product information and availability to <br />customers and to internal personnel. Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with <br />customers. Must be organized, motivated, and a self-starter. Must be able to lead <br />Administrative/Receptionist Manage the credit and collection of customer <br />accounts, insuring timely payments of accounts receivable to maintain positive <br />HAMILTON, MARGIE Office -Clerical cash flow. Education: High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent required. 3 to 5 no <br />years of experience in general office experience. Have prior accounting related <br />experience. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must demonstrate good interpersonal and <br />Assists in all departments, i.e., warehouse, inside sales, outside sales, and <br />employee direction, and motivation. Establishes and maintains a close working <br />relationship with the Plant Manager as second in command. Education: High <br />School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent required. Additional computer software <br />training or knowledge required. Prior experience that demonstrates effective <br />Operations supervision and leadership skills required. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Ability to <br />HOFER, MICHAEL apply basic principles of management; i.e., plan, organize, direct and control. no <br />Manager Possess effective written and oral communication skills.
