0 <br />VISUAL INSPECTION OF INTERIOR: No Failure as of July 15 2011 <br />TANK PARAMETERS ON INSPECTION: No leakage Between Walls <br />SECONDARY CONTAINMENT: Double Wall Tank with Dipstick Checked Weekly <br />CONTAINMENT VOLUME 125% of Capacity <br />CONTAINMENT CONDITIONS: Very Good <br />TANK INTEGRITY TEST: A visual inspection of all area of this double wall tank showed no signs of over flow <br />or leakage. No leaks in piping were found under 5 psi pressure. <br />TEST PROCEDURE: All vents and tank outlets where removed and pugged to be air fight for pressure test <br />Air pressure to 5 psi was applied thru a Schroder valve. <br />LEAKS: Air pressure in the tank dropped by .6 lbs. in the first 10 min. of the test. A soap <br />solution was applied to all vent pugs. One vent plug and one extraction cap were found <br />to be leaking. They were both tightened and the leaks stopped. <br />RETURN TANK TO SERVICE: Re -install vents and vacuum extraction outlet and resume use. <br />EQUIPMENT: Plugs, Caps, and a Pressure Gauge to 15 psi <br />TIME PRESSURE TEMP. No leaks were found in any of the inlet <br />piping to the tank. <br />OPERATION OF TANK AND EQUIP Acme Truck Parts and Equipment, inc is open for business 40 hours per week. <br />OFF HOURS PROTECTION After hours the site is protected by a 8' chain link fence toped with razor wire and <br />perimeter alarm system. <br />
