ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT
SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY
STACY RIVERA
600 E. MAIN STREET
Stockton, Ca. 95202-3029
Dear Ms. Rivera,
ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH
PERMIT/SERVICES
March 15, 2011
Please find the following Certification Of Return To Compliance, which I have signed
and dated. We have completed all of the volitions except for #31 & #49, which you have
cited us for. We are working on these two problems and I will mail you an update on
them, as we complete them.
#7. We will correct this problem of recycling our metal shavings. I have checked with
our waste hauler IWU, and they will accept the small amount of metal shavings from our
cut off saw that we generate. We will update our written training program to include this
waste stream into our 3 ringed drums, which they already are picking up.
#20. We have corrected this problem on our storage container for our waste oil. I have
ordered stickers, which will allow us to put the start date of the accumulation of these
satellite containers.
#21 & 23. We have corrected this problem on our storage drums/ containers for our
drained oil/ fuel filters. I have checked with our hauler on this "hot drained oil filters"
term. He told me this was the recommended method of having the filter and contents
above ambient temperature, when draining the filters. We will also put start dated of
accumulation on these drums.
#3 I have started to work on this request for Tank Assessment of our used oil and used
C antifreeze tanks. They are both manufactured by Superior Sheet Metal Works, with
double wall construction, and clearly labeled as to their material make up. They were
G both manufactured in 2002. I have met with Paul Mc Whorter of American Tank
Solutions to complete this tank assessment. I will update you as we complete this.
#45. I have updated our contingency plan. Wayne Crawford is no longer with Acme (he
recently retired). I am adding John Clark for the secondary emergency coordinator, as
well as the maps for staging and evacuation, descriptions of emergency equipment to
respond to fire or explosion.
Trucks, Trailers & Equipment New, Rebuilt & Used Truck Parts 1 Since 1923
1016 South Wilson Way Mailing Address P.O.
