#49. Written training program and training records. We have a written Hazardous
Materials Communication Plan for our new employees and we have employee safety
meetings quarterly where we go over this material at least once every year. Acme is to
retain a sign in sheet with the name and job title of each employee. Wayne Crawford and
I have done the training in previous years. I have been looking into having Arron Ortiz
of WGR Southwest, Inc. take over our annual trainings. He would provide a written
program to go along with our HMMP. I am including this as an item, which needs more
work, and I will up date you as we complete it.
#60,61 & 62. Please find the copy of the manifest #003924979LFE, showing that it has
been signed off from the destination facility. This manifest was overlooked by our staff.
I will ask our bookkeeper to have a better accounting of these manifests.
85. Universal waste: Late in 2009 we had PG&E update all of our florescent lighting.
They installed energy efficient lights throughout our facility. They took all the old bulbs
with them at that time. (The new bulbs have held up good). Please find the invoices for
Fluorescent lamps and batteries. These were taking to Clean Harbors Environmental
Services.
Thank You
athan David on
Vice President
Enc. Contingency plan, Communication plan, signed manifest, Clean Harbors receipts,
training certificate.
