Immediately after the emergency the EC must provide for treating, storing or disposing of the recovered waste, <br />contaminated soil or surface water or any other hazardous material that results from a release, fire or explosion at the <br />facility. <br />9. The EC must verify that prior to resuming operations that no incompatible wastes are left in the affected areas, and <br />emergency equipment is cleaned up and ready for next use. <br />10. The EC must ensure that all required written reports are filed with the appropriate regulatory agencies within the <br />required reporting periods. <br />Fire extinguishers, cleaning supplies, mops, etc., are located throughout the facility. <br />Portable fire extinguishers and fire control equipment are available in case of an emergency in and around the facilities. <br />Spill control equipment is available and in place to control chemical spills or releases should they occur. <br />An adequate water supply with sufficient water pressure and volume to control fires and other emergencies is available. <br />Adequate aisle space will be maintained at all times to allow the unobstructed movement of personnel, fire protection, spill <br />control, and decontamination equipment throughout the facility. <br />A regular program of emergency equipment maintenance and testing is in place at our facility. <br />
