SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY
RAY VON FLUE
A -920-0M =1
ROTQNU# 1 &
DD,
Z+
EWROPMI-*'—'
L 4 1 HEALTH
tVI 17
PEP, /SERVICES
tlease Tina me Tonowrig (oil
1049 S Wilson Way, which I have signed and dated. We have completed all of the
violations except for #45 & #94, which you have brought to our attention. We are
working on these two problems and I will mail you an update on them, as we complete
them.
#10. We have removed the three containers in question, which were located behind the
wash rack. The waste oil products were put into our waste oil container for recycling. All
tanks have been cleaned.
012. We have cleaned up this area behind the fluid evacuation building, had a discussion
at our monthly Forman's meeting, and are planning to go over our absorbent usage and
rtrocedures in our next safiny meeting.
We have (2) containers in each shop area, which uses this product. (1) 20 gallon yellow
or new product, with a screw on lid. (1) 5 gallon red bucket for reusable
colored bucket f
product, with a push on lid. We have our 3 ring hazardous waste containers for waste
grease sweep in our containment areas. NO GREASE SWEEP IN GARBAGE
DUMPSTERS.
#27. We have received copies of our signed off Hazardous Waste Manifests, which we
were missing. AM we will keep them on file for 3 or mom years. (See copies)
#45. We are currently working on our Contingency Plan. I have down loaded it from
www.11 docs,or . This will be a helpful document to have.
#94. SPCC Plan: We are currently looking into getting under the 1320 gallon ruling for
the Aboveground Petrolewn Storage Tank Program. I have been consulting with you and
Cody Begley on this. I understand that this 1320 gallon limit is per site, and for new and
usable petroleum products stored in tanks larger than 250 gallons, which are fixed to the
ground. We also need to add into the total, any and all drums of new petroleum products.
Thank you, Nathan Davidson / A )ruck Parts and Equip.
