(209) 369-3359 <br /> Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00046987 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> COMPLAINANT ALLEGES ON 6/23/18 ATAPPROXIMATELY 12:00 PM ONE OF THEIR PATIENTS CONSUMED A <br /> COOL RANCH TACO. APPROXIMATELY A HALF HOUR LATER BECAME ILL WITH SYMPTOMS OF VOMITING AND <br /> DIARRHEA. COMPLAINANT ALSO ALLEGES ON 6/25/18 ATAPPROXIMATELY 12:00 PM ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES <br /> CONSUMED A BEEF BURRITO SUPREME. APPROXIMATELY A HALF HOUR LATER BECAME ILL WITH SYMPTOM <br /> OF DIARRHEA. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Water shuts off at the restroom hand sink at the west restroom. Provide properly functioning. Water shall <br /> be at 10OF-108F if on a non adjustable faucet. Ok, corrected hand sink is properly functioning and water is at 106F. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br /> maintained in good repair.
