Soil and groundwater at the site has been adequately defined. Apex is finalizing a results
report providing this information. The groundwater plume from the site is commingled
with the Flag City Chevron site as shown on all quarterly groundwater submittals
provided to the CRWQCB. The area around the USTs and vent lines is approximately 30
feet by 100 feet. This equates to 147 soil vapor locations. A stepwise manner would be
more feasible starting with 20-feet centers and defining the areas with the highest
concentrations during a second phase.
If you have any questions, please call us at 916-851-0174.
Sincerely
Michael Sgourakis
Senior Geologist o
Cc: New West Stations o
N
ui
