Shell Branded/New West #1003 page 2
6437 W. Banner Ave, Lodi.
Once the work plan is approved, the well installations must be completed within
four (4) weeks and a report of the work submitted to EHD and the CVRWQCB
within six (6) weeks of the work completion.
If any of these compliance dates are not met, the CVRWQCB may become the
lead agency and formal enforcement actions may be taken.
Due to area specific water quality issues in this area, the two CSA wells that
currently provide potable water for all the businesses here are limited to only a
small zone for potable water use. Any petroleum impact to either of the CSA
wells will require either wellhead treatment or bottled water replacement for all of
the water needs in this area. It should be of utmost importance that you evaluate
the extent of your plume quickly and determine if immediate remedial actions are
required.
Please direct your submittals to Michael Infurna at the address noted on this
correspondence or you may contact me at (209) 468-3454 if you should have
any questions.
