In a letter dated May 28, 2008 the <br /> RWQCB approved the sample reduction for monitoring wells MW-2, MW-5A and MW-5B to be <br /> sampled semi-annually instead of quarterly and the reduction of the analysis for TPHg and BTEX to an <br /> ' annual basis in the other wells. <br /> A Final Remediation Plan & Remediation System Design (FRP) was submitted on July 14, 2008. The <br /> ' FRP was prepared in accordance with the Cleanup and Abatement Order No. R5-2007-0709 (CAO), <br /> dated May 1, 2007. The FRP presents a description of the remedial technology approved by the Regional <br /> ' Board, detailed plans for the installation of the approved remedial alternative, a discussion of <br /> implementation and operation and maintenance procedures, tests, and schedules including startup, long <br /> term monitoring program for influent and effluent concentrations and periodic evaluation of the need for <br /> tsystem optimization. <br /> 1 <br /> 1 <br /> i <br /> ' Page 7 of 7 Closure Solutions, Inc. <br />
