The composite sample is collected for disposal
purposes.
PERMITTING
Prior to drilling, permits will be obtained from the SJCEH and and ROE agreements will be
required from private property owners prior to the installation of the wells. Underground Service
Alert will be contacted at a minimum of 48-hours prior to drilling activities for identification of
buried utilities at or entering the project site from the public right-of-way.
SITE SPECIFIC HEALTH AND SAFETY PLAN
A site specific Health and Safety Plan (HASP)will be prepared and will be retained on site
during all field activities. All work will be conducted according to the HASP. The HASP will
contain information on the properties of the hazardous materials known to be on the site. This
information is equivalent to that contained within Material Safety Data Sheets.
SCHEDULE
Upon approval of this workplan, drilling permits and ROE agreements will be obtained and well
installation will be completed in a workmanlike manner. No formal time schedule has been
submitted in this report due to the uncertain nature of obtaining ROE agreements.
