MW-6113 Groundwater was found to be <br /> contaminated by MTBE,during last <br /> sampling event that occurred during the <br /> period of active GWE. <br /> Variance requested to be allowed to destroy Well is located on Star Street in the <br /> well by pressure grouting due to: parking lane, out of the main traffic lane, <br /> Visibility is good along the street in both <br /> Traffic safety, directions; however, proper lane and <br /> traffic control protocols should be <br /> implemented to provide personnel <br /> safety.
