Groundwater Monitoring Well and Extraction Well Installations Results Report <br /> . and Fourth Quarter 2005 Groundwater Monitoring Report <br /> Flag City New West#1003,6437 West Banner Street,Lodi,California <br /> Page 5 <br /> the letter To date, Apex has not received the letter Apex received a phone call from the SJCEH <br /> on January 4, 2006 stating they and the CVRWQCB had a meeting on December 30, 2005 <br /> discussing the NPDES permit and the sampling requirements Apex contacted the CVRWQCB <br /> on January 6, 2006 inquiring about the additional sampling and it was stated that the State <br /> Implementation Plan (SIP) would now be required, delaying the submittal of the NPDES permit <br /> Apex collected the SIP samples January 16, 2006 and is currently preparing the permit Dunng <br /> the November 9, 2005 meeting between Apex,New West, SJCEHD and the CVRWQCB, it was <br /> stated that the permit number has been assigned and is waiting for the permit to be submitted <br /> Due to the delay of the NPDES permit submittal by at least two months, due to additional SIP <br /> sampling requirements,Apex assumes the permit will be issued swiftly as was stated in the <br /> November 9, 2005 meeting Once the NPDES permit is issued, Apex will permit with the San <br /> Joaquin County Public Works to discharge to the onsite storm drain and the remediation system <br /> will be started <br /> REPORT DISTRIBUTION <br /> Apex submitted this report, in its final form, to the following <br /> Regulatory Oversight Mr Michael Infurna <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> 304 East Weber Avenue, Third Floor <br /> Stockton, California 95202-2708 <br /> (209) 468-3454 <br /> Mr James Barton <br /> Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> 11020 Sun Center Drive #200 <br /> Rancho Cordova, California 95670 <br /> (916) 464-3291 <br /> Responsible Party New West Stations <br />
