However, it was determined <br /> that this range was neither consistent with the historical carbon range used Ko-C,5),nor Section 4.1, <br /> Page 10, of the"Technical Approach to Site Evaluation and Decision-Making”(Geomatrix <br /> Consultants Inc.,2005). Therefore, the Regional Water Quality Control Board(RWQCB)will be <br /> Provided the re-quantified laboratory results and re-tabulated summary tables for the listed reports. In <br /> the future ChevronTexaco will remain consistent with the agreed-to technical approach and will <br /> discuss variances with the RWQCB when the need arises. <br /> The deadline extension will provide the time necessary for Lancaster Laboratories,Inc. (LLI) to re- <br /> quantify the analytical results and for SAIC to re-tabulate the data. LLI and SAIC will be reporting <br /> the Clo-C2s range rather than the Clo-C,8 range for TPH-DRO analyses for these 2004 events and add <br /> this information to the above 2005 reports. <br />
