All <br /> six borings are located on the same assessor's parcel (APN# 252-070-04)therefore one <br /> well permit application is being submitted. A copy of the County Assessor's map is <br /> included for reference. Additionally, ChevronTexaco has an access agreement with the <br /> site property owners, Glenn and Jami Levine. The access agreement is enclosed. <br /> In summary, SAIC plans to install the soil borings shown on Figure 2 to a depth of 25 <br /> feet using a 2" diameter GeoProbe®. Soil samples and grab groundwater samples will be <br /> collected from each boring. Destruction of the borings will be in accordance with San <br /> Joaquin County guidelines. The driller for this project is ResonantSonic, C57# 802334. <br /> The Licensed Contractor's Declaration is included. SAIC requests that the approved <br /> permit be sent to Chris Dennis, SAIC, 3800 Watt Ave, Suite 210, Sacramento, CA 95821. <br /> SAIC will schedule the work upon receipt of the approved permits. SAIC will notify San <br /> Joaquin County at least 48-hours prior to beginning field work.
