The purpose <br /> of these soil borings is for collecting grab groundwater samples for laboratory analyses, as <br /> requested by the California Regional Water Quality Control Board—Central Valley Region <br /> (RWQCB). <br /> The soil borings will be located within the offsite property at 26457 South Banta Road, Tracy, <br /> California. We anticipate installing a maximum of three soil borings for grab groundwater <br /> sampling. The soil borings will be advanced using the direct-push method and the grab <br /> groundwater samples will be collected from these boreholes using the Enviro-Core probe. <br /> After sampling, the boreholes will be grouted with bentonite-cement slurry from the bottom of <br /> the boreholes to the ground sttrface.
