The subject
site is a candidate for consideration of a determination of No Further Action Required.
Pursuant to State Water Resources Control Board,(SWRCB) guidance, the Central Valley
Regional Water Quality Control Board (Central Valley Water Board) requires parties in the
vicinity of the site (see Figure 2) to be provided the opportunity to participate in the closure
process (see Table 1).
According to San Joaquin County Clerk records and from other public information ownership
databases noted on Table 1, you/your company are owner of the property described on the
Table with associated Assessor Parcel Number (APN). As described on the Fact Sheet and
indicated on the enclosed Figure, a portion of the site underlying S. The SWRCB guidance establishes a 20- to 30-day review period for
property owners, and/or persons identified in the offsite property owner survey, and other
interested parties, to provide comment.
Upon completion of the public comment period (and in the absence of substantive comment
against no further action), Central Valley Water Board staff will provide a determination of
No Further Action Required for the Banta Road-UPRR Site at S.
