The subject sites are a candidate <br /> for consideration of a determination of No Further Action Required. Pursuant to State Water <br /> Resources Control Board (SWRCB) guidance, the Central Valley Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board (Central Valley Water Board) requires parties in the vicinity of the sites to be <br /> provided opportunity to comment on the closure process. <br /> According to San Joaquin County Clerk records, the U.S. Government is owner of the <br /> properties described on the following table: <br /> Pro a Address Owner ApN <br /> 26445 S. Government 252-070-02 <br /> The properties and respective APN's are described in land ownership information provided by <br /> Chevron Environmental Management Company (Chevron). As indicated on the attached <br /> Figure, the referenced properties are unaffected; however, they are located within a <br /> 500-foot radius of the affected area. <br /> Please review the attached Fact Sheet that summarizes the site conditions as determined by <br /> the investigation and characterization findings. The SWRCB guidance establishes a 20- to <br /> 30-day review period for property owners, and/or persons identified in the offsite property <br /> owner survey, and other interested parties, to provide comment. <br /> Upon completion of the public comment period (and in the absence of substantive comment <br /> against no further action), Central Valley Water Board staff will provide a determination of No <br /> Further Action Required for the former Lyoth Loading Station property and Lyoth Offsite. <br /> California Environmental Protection Agency <br /> ed Recycled Paper <br />
