MONITORING AND REPORTINGOER NO. R5-2012-0813 • -4- OLIN 4-OLIN CHLOR ALKALI TRACY, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY 6. Semi-annual paper copy reports shall be submitted to this Central Valley Water Board office by 1 February and 1 August until such time as the Executive Officer determines that the reports are no longer necessary. Each report shall include the following minimum information: (a) A description and discussion of the groundwater sampling event and results, including trends in the concentrations of pollutants and groundwater elevations in the wells, how and when samples were collected, and whether the pollutant plume(s) is delineated. (b) Field logs that contain, at a minimum, the following data collected during the sampling event: water quality parameters measured before, during, and after purging, method of purging, depth of water, volume of water purged, etc. (c) Groundwater piezometric surface contour maps for the Upper, Middle, and Lower Groundwater Zones prepared using data collected during the sampling event. (d) Isocontour pollutant concentration maps, if applicable, for all groundwater zones and all major constituents of concern prepared using data collected during the sampling event. (e)A table showing construction details for all current and former wells, such as well number, groundwater zone being monitored, coordinates (longitude and latitude), ground surface elevation, reference elevation, elevation of screen, elevation of bentonite seal, elevation of filter pack, and elevation of well bottom. (f) A table showing vertical flow directions and gradients based on the sampling event measurements obtained at the following three monitoring well nests: 1) MW-9 and MW-10, 2) MW-11 and MW-12, and 3) MW-13, MW14, and MW-15. (g) Cumulative data tables for all major constituents of concern containing the chemical laboratory analyses results from groundwater samples, depth to groundwater measurements, and water table elevations for all current and former monitoring wells during all sampling events from 1997 to the current sampling event. The Central Valley Water Board may request additional data as necessary. (h) A copy of the laboratory analytical data report for the current sampling event, which may be provided on electronic media and included in the report.
